We’re a mom-and-daughter team, Gabby and Liz, originally from Seattle, who brought our love of craft coffee and creative drinks to South Mississippi. In February 2025, we opened our little drive-thru coffee trailer in Saucier with one simple mission: to brighten your day with something delicious, fun, and full of flavor.

From the beginning, we wanted Beachy Bean Bar to be more than just a coffee stop. It’s a place where every drink feels like a treat—whether it’s a hand-crafted latte, a fizzy and flavorful dirty soda, a refreshing Red Bull spritzer, or one of our colorful frozen lemonades. With over a dozen flavors to choose from, dairy-free alternatives, sugar-free options, and plenty of baked goodies, there’s something here for everyone.

Our drinks aren’t just tasty—they’re made to be enjoyed with your eyes first. We love creating beverages that look as good as they taste, perfect for sharing with friends or snapping that Instagram-worthy photo.

Most importantly, Beachy Bean Bar is built on community. We’re proud to call Saucier home and grateful for the loyal customers who’ve supported us since day one.
